Every Year, all major Public Sector Banks commonly conducting Bank examinations for Clerks (Clerical), Specialist Officer (SO), Probationary Officers (PO) and Management Trainees (MT) through Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS).

To get a job in one of these PSU Banks you need to clear an exam conducted by IBPS , SBI, and RBI for various posts like PO, CLERK AND SO. Exams conducted by SBI, IBPS, and RBI has a similar pattern and syllabus. Bank PO exam conducted in three phases Tier 1(Preliminary) , Tier 2 (Mains) and Tier 3(Interview) and Bank Clerk in two phases Tier 1(Preliminary), and Tier 2 (Mains). After clear all phases, you will get a job in your selected PSU Bank.
